Team Dhumkudiya is a community-based institution inspired by the traditional system of the Oraon tribes located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. It is dedicated to cultural preservation, quality education, sustainable livelihood, and social development, ensuring the continuation of indigenous wisdom in today’s world.

Similar to tribal institutions such as Ghotul (Gonds), Geeti-Ora (Mundas), and Selnedingo (Bondas), the Dhumkudiya system has historically served as a center for learning, social bonding, and cultural transmission through oral traditions and collective practices.
